The intellectual property and copyright ownership for material edited and proofread by Creative Xpression remains with the client.

The intellectual property and copyright ownership for material written by Creative Xpression on behalf of the client is surrender to that client once payment for the service provided by Creative Xpression has been received in full by Creative Xpression.

If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service provided by Creative Xpression, please direct your feedback in writing to ‘The Director, Creative Xpression’ at the address below for consideration and they will respond to you as soon as possible.

All material published on the Creative Xpression website or on Creative Xpression branded material remains copyright of Creative Xpression and YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY MANNER, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE.
